Description
A garbage bag full of/ split open of trash was tossed on the side of the road / into the gutter just past Old Willow Court on Bliley Road, and there are Labcorp "Specimen" bags in orange caution containers, along with significant amount of plastic toys and papers. There's an address on the papers that looks like the trash belonged to residents at 2001 Cedarhurst.
