Description
The end of the alley at Newport and Laburnum is washed out, fills with water and mosquitoes, and is getting worse. I've submitted multiple requests and nothing seems to get fixed. The erosion is getting worse. So it will read "assigned," the request is closed, and the alley is still damaged.
