Description
There is a one block gap in pavement causing issues. It develops major flooding damage everytime there is a storm and people have started dumping large trash there (car seats, laundry hampers, childrens toys etc. Crossing it is hazardeous to people (particularly runners, people with stollers, the disabled) and cars.
