Description
Neighbor has her 2 supercan that is left out all week and there's a car that she parks across the street from her address that has expired tags and inspection sticker it's a white Mercedes. Caller states with the supercans and the vehicle it is hard for vehicles to get around them. Traffic is blocked when there are two vehicles trying to get through coming from each way or if mail is being delivered.
