Description
I know i sound like a broken record but, once again i have an trash complaint. This time it doesn't even look like an overflowing super can, it just looks like they threw the trash next to the can instead of in it. This is becoming more than a nuisance and is turning into a health hazard. Garbage attracts insects and rats. Again, why us this being allowed to continue? Also, what happened to this apartment building that there are so many problems there now? Your attention to this would be go on
