Description
All bollards/flexiposts are missing from the bike lane. Cars frequently park and drive in the bike lane, including going the wrong direction on the street (it is one-way for vehicular traffic). Flexiposts have been repeatedly replaced on 17th street between main and dock street and are all missing/flatten within ~3 week of replacement each time they are replaced. Bike lane hardening is necessary along this critical multimodal artery and primary connection from the City to the Capital Trail.
