Description
The stop bar at this intersection (traveling west on Floyd ave) is painted after the pedestrian crosswalk/speed table, indicating that cars need to stop after they have already driven through the pedestrian right of way. As you can see, at every other corner the stop bar is painting behind the crosswalk. Stop sign and stop bar should be in front of the crosswalk.
