Description

The entire sidewalk on the south side of the 2300 block of Clay Street needs to be replaced. It's like a roller coaster. Missing bricks, broken bricks, uneven terrain. It is impossible to use a wheelchair or push a stroller and it is very difficult to walk on - people constantly trip and roll ankles.
