Description
Another accident at 31st and Leigh. This area is heavily traveled due to the govt road closure (for years now). it is also a major bike route for kids riding bikes to school. After 10 years, its only getting worse. Its not safe to cross here, we need crosswalks and ramps on both sides of the corner (not just 1; it forces strollers into blind traffic). Cars ignore stop signs. Visibility southbound difficult due to tree & parked cars. No parking ignored and blocks view. Consider a 4 way stop.
