Description
Mastec has been closing midlo to 1 lane of traffic between a little past e 34th st to swansboro elem on midlothian tpk & using a flagger. They closed Dundee but not w 33rd (N side of midlo). I came up w 33rd to midlo and was caught between 2 flaggers, which were very difficult to see. I had to guess when I could go. They need a 3rd flagger if they arent going to close the side street, quite the hazard. Also exactly where the flagger was standing between e33rd and e34th there is a bunch of trash
