THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! EVERY TWO MONTHS THERE IS AN ACCIDENT AT N 31ST/ E LEIGH OR A BLOCK UP AT 30TH/ LEIGH. TODAY IS NO DIFFERENT. WE NEEED STOP SIGNS OR SPEED BUMPS. KIDS CROSS THIS ROAD!!!
