Description
Review the light timing on Midlothian Turnpike at the intersection of Carnation St and Arcadia St. For the past couple of weeks, during evening rush hour, there have been significant delays on outbound/westbound Midlothian turnpike caused by the poor light timing. Even when you get the green at Carnation, you can barely move as the next light is still red. I've sat through anywhere from 4-10 light cycles to get through those two lights. Prior to this, the lights were timed much better.
