Description
Severe overgrowth hazard in right-of-way. Massive climbing vegetation completely blankets the area and engulfs a street light pole. Vines are so thick they block out the light, leaving this dead end completely dark and unsafe at night. Residents have repeatedly reported this pole with no resolution. Please dispatch a public works crew immediately to clear the vines. The light pole is located directly across the street from 1103 Ashley St.
