Description
There are currently two recycling cans filled with trash that have been placed behind my property. This is not my trash and I am not sure who put trash in recycling bins. I would request that the City please empty these as soon as possible. Additionally, my can, which had a 2810 on it has been moved to a house at the front of the alley. I am not sure whether this was intentional or not, but I am requesting that this can be placed in its original location.
