Description
vegetation on 12th St &Canal St triangle continues to grow & hang over the left traffic lane scraping vehicles causing traffic to drive around branches hanging in the left lane. It’s dangerously overgrown preventing traffic entering the 195 ramp to see traffic turning left from Canal St also entering 195. Traffic speeds from Canal to the 195 ramp causing even more of a danger for those coming from 12th onto the 195 ramp. Overgrown vegetation & yellow barrels cause a line of sight issue.
