Description
Intersection of Clay and Kinney Street needs 4 Way Stop install. There was an awful accident at Intersection on Saturday August 29 at 2104 hours with injuries and both cars were totaled. Cars traveling south on Kinney Street cannot properly see westbound traffic on Clay due to parked cars and other obstruction. Clay Street cars speed also!!
