Description
Steel plate left in road for longer than allotted two week period. Whomever installed it attempted to level it with cold patch but left over 12 inches of uneven asphalt humped up. You have to completely stop or swerve into oncoming traffic to avoid it, it’s incredibly dangerous and needs to be fixed ASAP
