Description
There is a small utility manhole cover that has protruding spikes of metal that are supposed to be underground. If this pothole is not repaired soon it will definitely damage someone's car. The protruding metal is at least an inch out of the ground. For a more specific location, the hole is located on East weyburn Road coming towards Chippenham South on the right side of the road.
