Description
Road is collapsing due to erosion from drainage caused by a lack of gutter which the City refuses to install; city representative said road would be maintained but no gutter installed bc it’s not in the Master Plan; there is no dirt supporting the East side of this road so at least 12 inches of asphalt has fallen into the drainage ditch; the road is b arrowing in a blind curve and it dangerous; a cyclist or baby carriage would be Hit as there is no escape zone
