Description

A fourth tree has been hit by a car in this location and has been knocked down. The city has plenty of evidence that vehicles are clearly leaving the roadway on a regular basis in this location. There is a sidewalk here and residential homes. Something needs to be done to improve safety on this stretch of Semmes Ave.
