Description
Neighbors at 601 Spring St, operated by Monroe Properties, are dumping trash outside on our property (605 Spring St). Please contact Monroe Properties and tell them to provide trash services for 601 Spring St. This the fourth report this week and I believe such wanton illegality should have a police response, unless the law has changed and we can dump trash wherever we want.
