Description
Caller states a delivery truck hit a dogwood tree and cracked it down the middle all the way down to trunk where there is a big gapping crack. The caller states the tree is a danger is still standing but if a strong wind hit the tree, it will fall and more than likely hurt someone severely or it will fall in the street and cause damage to driver.
