Description
Caller states a COR tree on the sidewalk has roots that has cause damage to her brick wall and she has replaced has the wall on three separate occasions, caller states the wall is cracked again, and this will be the 4th time she will have to replace the wall. Caller is requesting for the COR to remove the roots from underground so can once again repair the wall. Caller is requesting the COT to repair the wall as she has repaired the wall three times.
