Description

There is NO handicap ramp in this area and resident living at address is strictly wheelchair bound. To access the sidewalk in front of her home (to access ramp to home entry), she must wheel herself with one leg the wrong way down a one-way street (E Ladies Mile), turn right onto Branch Ave, then turn into the alley and hope that she can propel herself up the hill to the sidewalk.
