***Previous ticket was closed as completed, but no work was actually performed***. For alley behind 3101 W Franklin; entrance next to 706 N Belmont: The asphalt ramp to the alley is deteriorating and crumbling. Large chunks of concrete are also coming off the curb/sidewalk next to it causing damage to vehicles/tires.
