Description
A concrete panel in front of the property is severely raised. This was first reported over two years ago. The crack extending from the raised panel has now made it under the brick retaining wall in front of our house. The tree causing the damage is dying--this was reported to the city over a year ago. The tree has a large rotten cavity at the base of its trunk. Bark is coming off the tree, and limbs fall during severe storms. A tree at 1618 Park is beginning to show similar signs of distre
