Description
Continuous piles of garbage, furniture and trash impeding alley. This dumpster for District Square apartments need to be secured and or re-located & enclosed to prevent homeless from tearing bags out and spreading in alley. Trash flows into and blocks storm drain, then trash flows to Broad St. Rats running around in the daytime.
