Description
This road has been under "construction" with signage for several months (at least 3 now). I bike and drive through this road almost every single day, and not since the construction on the rest of the road was completed (western portion bike lanes) have I seen ANYONE performing any work on this road. Yet for months it has been blocked, reducing access to bicyclists heading west amd pedestrians. Forcing them to share the road (a single lane) with cars who have to swerve through cones.
