Description
Resident at 3004 Lawson continues to overflow their supercan, leaving large amounts of garbage on non trash pickup days. And then not cleaning up the garbage that raccoons pull out of their can. This is ongoing for over a year. The monthly Swansboro West neighborhood cleanup has had to clean up this mess several times.
