Description
Alleyway between 814 W. Broad St and 801 W. Marshall St has loose cobblestones and is creating driving and walking obstacles. Students have reported tripping and falling in the alleway. If cobblestones cannot be repaired, alleyway needs to be paved as it is continuously eroding from rain.
