Description
We put a couch out by our garbage cans in the alley for bulk pickup over the weekend. Sometime between then and yesterday, someone dumped additional construction waste onto the couch. A box for a porcelain toilet, a toilet tank and large black construction style trash back left on the couch with debris and the box the toilet came in with the lid still in it, box not broken down. We have no idea who or why did this but it says its not allowed for bulk pickup. What do we do?
