And here we go again. I do believe that this will be an ongoing problem until someone in the city steps up to fo something. First, again the trash is being piled up next to the super cans and blocking a public walkway. Next, why is the building being allowed to permanently "park" their trash cans on a public walkway?? I might be able to understand if that was their only option but they have the entire back of the building and a parking lot. Thanks for your help!
