Description
The sidewalk is blocked in several places resulting in people having to go into the road to get around the overgrowth. On one particular instance, an individual in a wheelchair had to go into the road and continue in the road until an access ramp was accessible to allow her back on the sidewalk. It has been this way for months and is getting worse.
