Description
Multiple trees in city owned easement between Fisher ES and Oldham Ct are dead/dying. 2 bradford pear trees and cypress trees. School children play around the already fallen cypress trees and the dead ones that have yet to fall. We called Dominion to assess trees through power lines and they said the easement is maintained by the city and not Dominion.
