Description
Construction equipment blocking entire sidewalk on Cowardin. Very dangerous for pedestrians since the road is very wide and there are no safe crossings nearby to the south, so it’s very difficult to detour around. I just saw a pedestrian walking in the street around it who had to jump onto the sidewalk to avoid oncoming traffic.
