Description
Vehicle traffic rarely stops for pedestrians in the two crosswalks at W. 34th St. and Forest Hill Ave. Eastbound vehicle traffic on Forest Hill Ave. is typically driving too fast to notice pedestrians and westbound traffic occasionally illegally enters the section that recently converted to one-way as a shortcut to W. 34th St. 200 block, that is clearly marked with two DO NOT ENTER signs. Two speed tables would slow traffic to see and stop for pedestrians in or entering the crosswalks.
