Description
Deeply rutted. No maintenance in years. Off wash consisting of rocks and dirt is interfering with water drainage between N. 22 st and 23rd st. We have tried to replace the gravel and dirt that washes down the alley but have failed. We need help with replacing the gravel but also with finding a permanent solution to the problem.
