Description

There are two street trees near 25th and Broad Street (includes well with Tree ID 11819) that appear dead. The third one from the corner appears stressed. Please assess for removal and replacement. Urban Forestry Inventory was not updated when these 4 trees were planted several years ago by Richmond Tree Stewards.
