Description
Train track materials from the railcar derailment continue to block the Capital Trail near Dock St. & 21st street, long after the track repairs above have been made. This is a dangerous condition where pedestrians are moving into street traffic to get around these obstacles. Also, a rail guard meant to stop or minimize potential for a vehicle to go into the canal is missing. Please have these unsafe conditions addressed before someone gets hurt. Thanks.
