Description
Sidewalk is sinking with large step off posing risk to kids and families walking in the area. I saw a toddler on a scooter go over the handles because of this. There is also a sewage access pipe in the center of the sidewalk slap that is likely damaged. Causing sinking and erosion of surrounding area
