Description
William Byrd Apartments consistently leave one or two dumpsters in the alley. The dumpsters impede and limit traffic. The Apartments have plenty of space in their own parking lot and other areas to keep the dumpsters. The dumpsters also encourage pedestrians to leave trash on top which ends up just getting blown around the alley.
