Description
the city added a no left turn from Semmes onto Forest Hill Ave at the new intersection when traveling west, but did nothing to actually prevent cars from doing so, creating unsafe situations constantly. There needs to be a curbed median extending from the existing median near WPA to Thirsty's. Once again, the city tries to do something decent, but leaves out the finishing touches so it's ultimately a mediocre solution.
