Description
Extreme damage to street with multiple deep holes. Impossible to drive over the street in the indicated lane by the stop sign. Caused damage to my wheel. Worsens significantly with every storm. The entire road surface has eroded with gravel and dirt exposed, plus multiple deep holes. Photo from 8/19. This is the third repair request submitted for this issue. 3/12/26 was closed without comment or action on 4/30/26. 5/12/26 that was closed on 8/18 without action despite saying potholes repaired. Additional info on previous requests for same issue.
