Description
I have driven on Monument Avenue daily since the city retimed the entire city, and in the last few weeks the signal at Monument Avenue and Robinson Street is requiring vehicles to double stop and queue back in both directions. As an engineer, it feels perfectly not aligned (about 20 seconds late to switch phases) every cycle and time I pass through the intersection. I suspect the internal clock is off or the offsets were incorrectly changed. Please take a look and thank you!
