Description
I am reporting a device that appears to be an ultrasonic animal deterrent installed on private property and directed toward the public sidewalk/right-of-way. The device appears to activate when pedestrians or animals pass by. I am concerned that the device may be emitting sound into the public right-of-way and potentially affecting pedestrians, cyclists, or animals.
