Description
Cars are constantly parked too close to or are partially blocking the alleyway on N Adams St behind the YMCA between Franklin and Grace. There is not a parking sign to delineate where cars should not park near the alley entrance. Pulling out of this alley onto N Adams St is very dangerous and sight distance is severely impeded in both directions by parked cars. Visibility is almost zero.
