Description
On the Forest Hill Park side of the Riverside (the south side), there needs to be a paved walkway leading pedestrians from the intersection of 30th and Riverside, to the Forest Hill Park entrance, a couple hundred yards down. There is currently a paved path from this park entrance to Hillcrest. This is a highly trafficked pedestrian area to connect Woodland Heights to the park. There is a makeshift trail that gets overgrown and washed out. A parent with a stroller couldn't walk safely here.
