Description
This crosswalk needs to be a speed hump to slow the speeding traffic coming down the hill on Riverside. This is a very busy pedestrian intersection, used by the entire neighborhood as an access point to the park system. Cars do not stop for pedestrians and speed through this downhill section, despite the signs that have been installed, hit, and re-installed numerous times over the years. Making the crosswalk a speed hump would slow drivers, make pedestrians more visible, and increase safety.
