Description
I am requesting full repaving of the two-block section of Elwood Avenue. Since 2018, the road has had extensive potholes and repeated patches that quickly fail. The poor road condition has caused damage to neighbors’ motorcycles and creates safety hazards. Surrounding streets have been fully repaved over the years, while these two blocks continue to be skipped. Please evaluate the entire section for resurfacing rather than continuing temporary pothole repairs.
