Description
City maple tree on sidewalk overgrown and leaning on power lines, causing flickering power outages in our home. Dominion energy inspected last night, (8/18). Unsure of their assessment, did not receive a call back. Tree is on the corner of Leigh and 27th, right before the stop sign at the intersection.
